When we say that we can “do it all”, we literally mean that there is no job too big or too small. Whether you need a new driveway, fire pit, brand new build, insurance claim, house extension, new roof…whatever you need, we’ll get it done. We follow a simple, three step process from consultation to completion.
Consultation
After you get in contact with us we’ll schedule an in-person or virtual consultation. During this process we ask a lot of questions and listen to all of your needs. Then, we scope the work and provide a comprehensive estimate, budget, and timeline. When you’re ready, we’ll move onto the next phase.
Design
Following your consultation and proposal, we’ll provide you with a design and development plan. CCR will work with you to find the design that fits your requirements, apply for all necessary permits and contact the city building department if needed for any needed additional requirements.
Build
By this point you have made the decisions, we’ve ordered materials and it’s time for the exciting part. The build! At this time you’ll meet your CCR team and project supervisor. Now we get started toward completion. We’ll provide a series of meetings along the way to make sure things stay on track and create a schedule to make sure your project is successful.
